Day 1. Chiangmai / Chiangrai Morning
depart from Chiangmai hotel and you head off to Chiang Rai.
On route you will visit Meakajan hot spring where guests can
relax and have refreshments. Continuing on to Wat Rongkoon which
is a fairy tale lovers delight, the white temple, designed and
built by a Thai artist is now a major attraction of Thai and
Tourists alike. Lunch is served at a local restaurant or buffet
at the hotel. In the afternoon you take a Thai Long Tail Boat
up the river passing local Thai villages and viewing mountain
scenery to visit a Karen village. You see different hill tribes
in this area. Dinner and Overnight in Chiangrai Hotel, where
you can visit the night market in the evening.
Day 2. Chiangrai / Doi Tung
/ Chiangmai From
Chiangrai you head off to visit Doi Tung where you visit the
Kings mothers palace and view the royal gardens. You are then
off to the Measai River border of Mynmar (Burma) where you visit
the tax-free market which sells a variety of goods including
carvings and clothing. There is a beautiful view overlooking
Burmese mountains, city, and temples. Then off to the Golden
Triangle where you visit the Opium House at the legendary Maekong
river which winds its path through China to theGolden triangle.
Standing on Thai soil you will see Burma and Laos. Lunch is
served at a restaurant. From the Golden Triangle you head off
to the ancient city of Chiangsean by the local long tail boat,
enjoy the scenery, This city is the original capital of the
Lana kingdom, originating around around 1328, You can visit
a multitude of sites including, ancient temples, stupas, ancient
city wall and Chiangrai moat.
Return to your hotel in Chiang Mai.

MAE HONG SON
Day 1. Chiangmai/ Maerim/ Pai Depart
Chiangmai to visit an Orchid Farm filled with thousands of
gorgeous orchid blooms in a blaze of multi-colors. Then in
a lush jungle area, watch elephants bathe after which a demonstration
is held to show you how these splendid animals remove logs
from the jungle. Continue the trip with a visit to a local
market at Mae Malai. After lunch you proceed to a Lisu hilltribe
village where you see the proud people wearing their brightly
colored costumes. Continue on to Pai, passing fantastic natural
scenery, emerald green forests, hills and deep valleys.
Dinner
and overnight at Resort in Pai.
Day 2. Chiangmai/Pangmapha/Mae Hong
Son
After
breakfast at the resort, leave for Tham Lod, the largest cave
in Mae Hong Son and explore the wonders of the cave interior.
Proceed on to Fish Cave, where thousands of fish, considered
sacred, frolic in their natural habitat. Drive further on
to Mae Hong Son, the land of mist. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a refreshing boat trip along on the
Pai river to visit the exotic Padong Long Neck Hilltribe who
decorate their bodies and costume by wearing golden rings
around their necks, arms, and legs. Have a dinner at a local
restaurant and Overnight at the hotel in MaeHong Son.
Day 3. Mae Hong Son / Chiangmai
After
breakfast at the hotel, visit Myanmar style temples Wat Jongkam,
Wat Hao Wieng and Wat Doi Kong Moo. A spectacular view of
the town and the surrounding countryside can be seen from
the Wat Doi Kong Moo temple. Lunch is served at a local restaurant.

CHIANGMAI
Day 1. Sightseeing Chiangmai Pick
up from major hotels in Chiang Mai. Visit Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep,
Chiang Mai's most important and visible landmark, and overlook
the city from its forest mountain backdrop. It is 3,520 feet
above sea level.This Buddhist Temple is situated on top of the
Eastern mountain in Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, which is 262.5
Square km. in extent. The mountain has beautiful views overlooking
Chiang Mai City 15 Km below. Leading up the mountain is a 306
step staircase to the temple. A naga (multi headed serpent)
body on both sides of the staircase follows the staircase up
the mountain. The multi head serpent head is at the base of
the stairs. For those who need fast access to the temple there
is an elevator. The mountains high altitude ensures the weather
on the upper slopes is cool and pleasant all year round. On
a clear day, there are incomparable views over the city of Chiang
Mai from the temple grounds.
You continue to visit the Royal Majesty Phu Ping palace 1,200
m above sea level situated in a sea of beautiful scented flowers.<Phu
Ping palace is closed during Royal residence>
Lunch at local restaurant in Chiangmai.
After lunch visit a Lanna village where famous traditional handicrafts
are produced. These skills have been handed down from generation
to generation. The much sought after hand made products are
Bamboo umbrella making, Silk and cotton weaving and traditional
painted pottery in the local area.

LAMPANG
Day 1. Lampang Depart
from Chiangmai to Lampang where you pass indigenous mountain
forests and traditional Thai rice fields, and arrive at Lampang
elephant conservation and hospital where you, watch elephants
bathing, feed elephants, visit an elephant hospital, and see
an elephant show, where the elephants demonstrate log pushing
and other activities. Guests may have an optional elephant ride
in the indigenous forest. Weekend shows include a colorful elephant
procession in a Lanna style parade.
Lunch
at the restaurant in Lampang city.
After lunch will visit Indra Outlet is the outlet of stoneware,
ceramic product with colorful design by local people. 20km from
Lampang City on top of a small hill you visit the magnificent
walled temple Wat Prathat Lampang laung, which dates back to
1486 walled temple in Lampang. The chapel is one of the oldest
wooden buildings in Thailand. The murals inside the chapel are
in very good condition and display very interesting stories
of life in ancient Thailand. On route back to Chiang Mai you
will visit a local market where you can see many interesting
Thai country products.
